EMDR is a powerful scientifically proven psychotherapy to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives which have led to poor mental health. The events could be recent or historic. EMDR can aid recovery from anxiety, phobias, low self-confidence and many other mental health related problems.

TRiM is a trauma-focused support system designed to help people who have experienced a traumatic, or potentially traumatic, event. It could be that you have witnessed something distressing or been involved is something where there was a threat to life. It is an early intervention support tool, to aid recovery.
